Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide written notice including the reason for the cancellation to registration@kmdevents.net by Sunday, February 25, 2024. All cancellations received and approved by Sunday, February 25, 2024 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee for government and industry or $25 for students. All cancellations received and approved by Sunday, March 10, 2024 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for government and industry or $30 for students.
There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after Sunday, March 10, 2024.
